General

Can I order from Consumas as a private individual?

Absolutely! We serve both individuals and businesses.

You don't need a complicated account to order.

Private? Order what you need directly.

Business? Enter your company name at checkout and you'll instantly receive an invoice with VAT details. Easy for your bookkeeping!

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times For items in stock , we use the following:

  • Ordered before 4pm (on working days): Shipped the same day.

  • Delivery Netherlands: Usually the next working day (via PostNL).

  • International: Depending on the country of destination.

Please note: For products that are not immediately in stock, a different delivery time applies.

Which countries do you ship to?

Consumas delivers worldwide . You can enter any delivery address during checkout; shipping costs and estimated delivery time will then be automatically calculated based on your location.


Payments

What payment methods does Consumas accept?

You can pay with us easily and securely via:

  • iDEAL

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Bancontact (for our Belgian customers)

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes, you always pay in a secure environment. We use certified payment providers who ensure your data is encrypted and processed securely via an SSL connection.


Orders

How do I place an order?

Find the products you want, add them to your cart, and follow the steps in checkout. Need help? Our customer service team is ready to assist you at info@consumas.nl .

Do I need an account to order?

No, that's not required. You can also checkout as a guest. However, creating an account is helpful: it allows you to view your order history and checkout faster for future orders.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Because we process orders incredibly quickly, we recommend contacting us immediately if you notice an error. If the package hasn't left our warehouse yet, we can often still correct it for you.

Where is my order?

Once your order is packed, we'll send you an email with the track and trace link . This allows you to see exactly where your package is and when the delivery driver expects to arrive.


Returns & Cancellations

Can I return my product?

Yes, as a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.

Are there any products that I cannot return?

For hygiene and health protection reasons, some products (such as sealed care or medical products) cannot be returned if the seal is broken after delivery. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

What should I do in case of a defect or damage?

Did your product arrive damaged or defective? We'll take care of that for you! Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@consumas.nl and, if possible, include a photo of the damage or problem.

No. We sell high-quality products, but we do not provide medical or treatment advice. If you have specific questions about your health or the use of a product in your specific situation, always consult a doctor or specialist.
